Budour Al Ameri

According to the Artist "My name is Budour Jafar Al Ameri. I studied Architecture at the American University of Sharjah and graduated on 2006. I remember my first participation with Abudhabi Cultural Foundation when I was only 10 years old. I joined Sharjah Fine Art Association in 1998. After that in two years I held my first solo exhibition. Through my art journey I have explored different mediums, oil paints, water colors, and acrylic paints. At some point, circumstances pushed me away from art but I have always been back. I have never stopped doing art even when I stopped painting at college I was producing other type of art, auto cad drawings and 3d drawing, in which all helped me in mastering drawing methods. Through my study at the college I took digital art and analytical drawing courses in where I mastered freehand drawing and perspective drawings. I displayed some of my artworks at Al Etihad gallery in the last two years.
My study of architecture affected the way I paint and the themes I select to paint. Also studying the history of art especially impressionist artists like Van Gogh , Paul Cezanne, and Monet had a great affect on me and let me have my own style in painting."
